- Digital Training and Capacity Building Professional courses in IT, digital business, FinTech, AI, and emerging technologies.

03 Eligibility

05 Payments and Fees
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for training and professional services:
- Bank transfers Nigeria based and international.
- Debit and credit cards via trusted payment gateways (Paystack).
- Approved cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others), subject to AML/KYC compliance.
5.2 Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Clients are responsible for bank charges, conversion fees, or blockchain gas fees.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds will be managed under our official Refund Policy (see Section 12).
Once work has begun on a project or training has commenced, refunds are
limited and not guaranteed.
06 Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities
We are committed to delivering projects and training with excellence, professionalism,
and transparency. Clients agree to:

- Supply required content, documents, or approvals in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to communications, feedback, and queries.
Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines. JaoTech Gworld Limited
shall not be held responsible for failure to meet deadlines resulting from client inaction.
07 Training Services
When enrolling in JaoTech Gworld training programs:
- Payments: Full payment is required before the program begins.
- Materials: Training materials are copyrighted and for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or publication without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Certificates: Certificates of participation or completion are issued only to trainees who meet program requirements.
- Attendance: Regular attendance and active participation are required for successful program completion.
08 Acceptable Use of Services
Clients and users must not misuse JaoTech Gworld's Services. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
- Using our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Infringing upon intellectual property rights.
- Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or any harmful conduct.
- Using our services to promote scams, Ponzi schemes, or financial fraud.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination
of Services without refund.
09 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property belonging to JaoTech Gworld Limited including software,
logos, trademarks, training materials, service content, and website text remains
our exclusive property.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property for commercial gain without prior written consent.
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all clients and users to do the same.
10 Third Party Services
Our Services may rely on or integrate with third party platforms including payment
processors, blockchain networks, and cloud services. JaoTech Gworld Limited is not
responsible for failures, errors, or downtime caused by third party systems.
Clients are advised to review third party terms before use.
11 Data Protection and Privacy

12 Refund Policy
- Training Programs: Refunds are permitted if cancellation is made at least 7 days before training starts. No refunds are available once a program begins.
- IT and Digital Services: Refunds are not guaranteed once a project has started. However, if errors arise from our side, we commit to resolving them or offering alternative solutions.
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to market volatility, all crypto payments are final and non refundable.

13 AML / KYC Compliance
In line with Nigerian laws, CBN regulations, and global standards:
- We may request government issued identification and proof of address before processing large or crypto based payments.

16 Disclaimer of Warranties

17 Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through direct discussion and negotiation between parties.
- If unresolved through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
- As a last resort, disputes shall be settled by competent courts in Nigeria under Nigerian law.
18 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including:
- The Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
- The Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
- Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Guidelines.
- Applicable international laws where relevant.
19 Amendments
