This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to JaoTech Gworld Limited for professional technology services, digital solutions, training programs, consultancy, and all other services offered through jaotechgworld.com. Refunds are available before any creative work has commenced. Once logo design, brand identity work, graphic design, or video production has begun, no refund is available for that work. Completed and approved work are non refundable.
Monthly social media management services may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. No refund is available for the current active month. Unused months paid in advance will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Consultancy sessions, strategy calls, and advisory meetings are non refundable once delivered. If a scheduled session is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee is forfeited.
Government fees, CAC filing fees, and third party charges paid as part of business registration services are non refundable once submitted to the relevant authority. Our service fee may be partially refunded if the registration process has not yet commenced.
